What is the cost?

MAT (self-pay):
$225 initial visit
$125 monthly follow-up visit

Men’s Health:
$200 visit + cost of labs (3 months follow up)
$200 monthly follow-up visit (3 visits total)

Women’s Health:
$225 visit + cost of labs (3 months follow up)
$225 monthly follow-up visit (3 visits total)

Medical Cannabis Certification:
$225 initial visit (7 month certification)
$125 re-certification

Do we offer Suboxone maintenance?

Yes! We offer Medicated Assisted Treatment in an outpatient setting. We utilize Suboxone medications (tablets or films), Vivitrol injections, & Sublocade injections.
