Financial Assistance Information
“Those that meet the financial screening criteria will have the costs of their medical visits, counseling sessions and costs of the medication covered”
Pinnacle Wellness Group is dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders. We are proud to offer medication-assisted outpatient treatment (MAT) for those struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD) and now alcohol use disorder (AUD).
What is Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)?
MAT combines FDA-approved medications with medical visits and counseling to provide a comprehensive approach to recovery. For OUD, we primarily use Suboxone and Sublocade to control cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms. For AUD, we use Vivitrol (injectable naltrexone), which helps reduce alcohol cravings and prevent relapse. Treatment includes:
- Medical visits, typically 2-3 times per month
- Weekly counseling sessions, either individual or group
