Individualized Hormone Therapy for Women
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, energy, mood, sexual health, and everyday comfort. Your membership begins with a medical evaluation.
Your provider considers your symptoms, medical history and personalized treatment goals before recommending estrogen, progesterone and/or testosterone when clinically appropriate.
Women’s hormone therapy is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Your age, symptoms, family medical history, whether you have a uterus and other risk factors help determine whether HRT may be appropriate and which treatment options your provider may recommend.

Program Details
- 10% discount if paid yearly, up front.
- 15% discount for military veterans, firefighters, paramedics and police officers (discounts cannot be combined).
- Payable on a credit or debit card and billed monthly. We are unable to accept cash or checks.
- Patches are not covered by the membership and will need to be billed through your insurance.
- Male and female pricing varies due to the increased complexity of management and balance of medications in females.
What your membership includes
- Initial and follow-up medical evaluations
- Ongoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) management
- Prescription management based on clinical appropriateness
- Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone therapy when prescribed, provided through Butterfield’s Pharmacy or Gardens Pharmacy — available for pickup or shipped to you
What your membership does not include
- Medications obtained outside Butterfield’s Pharmacy or Gardens Pharmacy
- Laboratory testing
- Imaging or additional procedures
- Patches — these must be billed through your insurance
How your membership works
- Office visits are usually every 4 months and can be made in person or via a telemedicine visit for your convenience.
- If you need a maintenance visit in addition to your scheduled appointment, we can accommodate you.
- Prescriptions are filled only at Butterfield’s Pharmacy in Port Saint Lucie or Gardens Pharmacy in Palm Beach Gardens (mail order).
- Medication is prescribed for a 3-month supply. Refills will only be authorized if your account payments are up to date.
- To minimize your total cost we use your insurance for lab work. You are expected to obtain your lab work at least 2 weeks prior to your next visit so we can be accurate in dosing adjustments — failure to do so may delay or prevent treatment or refills.
- Please allow at least 2 business days when a refill is needed.
HRT Membership Agreement (PDF)
All treatment decisions are based solely on provider medical judgment, clinical evaluation and laboratory findings. Membership does not guarantee prescription or continuation of any medication, and no outcomes are guaranteed. Membership is month-to-month with automatic renewal; either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, and the Practice may terminate for non-compliance, missed labs or inappropriate behavior. A valid card must remain on file; failure to pay may result in suspension or termination, and all fees are non-refundable. The Practice does not accept insurance. Patients may independently use insurance for labs.
