Which hormones may be considered

What the program costs
The initial physician visit is $250 and includes evaluation and review of lab work. The women’s membership is $229 per month and includes medical visits and prescribed progesterone, estradiol and/or testosterone cream.
Patches are excluded from the membership. The women’s service page also excludes laboratory testing, imaging, additional procedures and medications obtained outside Butterfield’s Pharmacy or Gardens Pharmacy.
Follow-up care
Program visits usually occur every four months, in person or by telemedicine. Medication is prescribed as a three-month supply. Account payments must be current for refills, and Pinnacle requests at least two business days’ notice.
Lab work is required at least two weeks before the next visit. The program allows patients to use insurance for lab work; the practice’s HRT services are self-pay.
